AGD PACE APPROVAL
Good Morning. I have a faculty member who is adamant about having CE get a PACE approval in addition to our CERP approval. The belief from the faculty member is that we would attract more doctors to our course if we advertise ourself as being a PACE provider. i am curious as to how many of our members have PACE approval in addition to their CERP approval or are PACE approved only. Hi Fran, Remember that is just one person's opinion and doesn't constitute a major change in your structure. We use to have both because PACE was the easiest new dental school to obtain. when the term was to expire for PACE, and at that time we had both because I was hired to obtain CERP, I explained the additional time it took for two reaccreditation applications and that I could still report hours for our participants. So where's the advantage? And by the way, I am also an office of one. I do have someone that does that for me. Thank you for providing the information regarding what we can post on our websites. AGD Members: Although Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine no longer maintains AGD PACE recognition, however, we will submit the hours to AGD, which will go toward your Fellowship or MasterTrack program. Please allow at least 30 days for MWU to process these hours. AGD PACE may need additional time to process as well.
