Enclosed is a survey as we prepare for the upcoming ACDE Annual Meeting at the Le Westin, Montreal, Canada, to be held August 6-9, 2022. I would greatly appreciate your taking a few minutes to complete the survey and return it by Monday, April 4, 2022.

Registration Fee: $275 for the first person; $195 for additional registrations from the same school.
Canadian law requires that all persons entering Canada carry both proof of citizenship and proof of identity. A valid U.S. passport, passport card, or NEXUS card satisfies these requirements for U.S. citizens.
All travelers eligible to enter Canada must submit contact and travel information in the ArriveCAN system within 72 hours before arrival in Canada. Fully vaccinated travelers must also enter their proof of vaccination. For additional travel information, please click here.
