Hi Melissa - We usually provide credit as a service charge. For a full day course, it's $50 per person; if it's less than half a day, then it's $25 per person. We do have some that might be less (negotiated) if we are able to set up the course as a link through which attendees can register themselves and fill in all of their info then we charge the department via internal invoice.
