Hi Patricia! At UK, we typically use a meeting room on campus that is already set up with a camera and ceiling microphones, but for the best sound experience for the Zoom attendees, the speaker still needs to use a wireless lav or handheld mic. When not using that type of meeting room, we did purchase a J5 Create 360 Degree Webcam that has a built-in microphone, which plugs into the laptop. Hope this is helpful.
