CE Policy & Procedures Manual
Hi everyone! I'm trying to organize our structure better for the future and want to put an official policy and procedures manual in place. Do any of you have such a thing? If so, would you be willing to share some wisdom on the topic? Thanks!

Hey Carol.
We had to compile a policy manual when Pam and I first came into this department. We basically took the policy pages that we were required to submit to ADA CERP for our accreditation application, compiled all of those in a file together, then added other things that we knew we had "workflows" for.
