Course Instructor Contract (MOU)
Please let me know if your speaker contract (some refer to this as an Mou) includes an "indemnification" clause, and if you require the speaker to maintain "liability insurance" for the term of the engagement, whether lecture or workshop.

Iowa is the same as Kentucky. No indemnification clause nor requiring speaker to provide insurance.
