Hello! We had a group out of Tucson who has partnered with our Diversity office for ASDOH to sponsor a CE event. The group already has their CE Conference Speaker COntracts signed by the presenters. We (ASDOH) are providing the CE credit since we are issuing the CE credits. My question is:

1. Their paperwork covers the speaker and group obligations according to offering CE. Since this group is not the ones offering CE (ASDOH is) do they need sign OUR paperwork as well?

2. Does each speaker need to complete the paperwork OR do I have the organization itself complete it since the contract is not with each individual speaker but the organization

Any help you can provide I would appreciate it!
