It turned out the Dental Product Reports doesn't rent email lists. We ended up running a couple of ads in their e-newsletters- I haven't seen the stats from the most recent ad, the first didn't have very high view rates. However they are looking to work with other schools and might offer reduced/group pricing for ACDE members..
