I am insterested in learning about how other schools deal with speaker packets (forms and applications) need to be submitted by each speaker
We currently email our future speakers a PFD form to fill out and return with additional documents. I wanted to see if there is a better way to do this, like some online software program where speakers can log in to a portal and upload their documents and fill out the questions there. Any ideas on possible programs, software or websites that may help with this? I am hoping there is some system in place that can help with the constant struggle of retrieving papers from these speakers.

Update: I was able to find out the University has a license for Smartsheets and set up a online form on there where speakers can fill out and upload documents as well, SCORE!!!
