Faculty presentation compensation models
Wondering if anyone is willing to share how they pay faculty for CE hands on courses. Is it a % of net, % based on number of registrations, flat rate based on hour or day? Would love some input on how other programs are structured for this.

I can share our figures. The rates are proposed/approved by my CDE advisory committee. At times, registration revenue isnt enough to cover the large expense. We tend to pivot to the model of compensation based on the number of attendees. This is a proposed option in lieu of cancelling the course.
